According to the Temporary Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Residence and Employment in the Kyrgyz Republic for Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are required to submit applications for the registration of a personal account, the employment of foreign workers, and the issuance of a single permit through the eVisa portal.
